If this sounds familiar
Business can feel shaky, lonely, and confusing
One week you're sure. The next, a launch goes quiet and you're wondering what it says about you. You learn from a dozen experts, try the strategy that worked for someone else, and spend long hours at a screen trying to make it work. Or you go quiet: the email sits in drafts, the offer waits for a better week, and the numbers stay unopened.
And somewhere along the way, God gets pulled in to explain it. He closed the door. He'll provide. It must not have been His will.
God isn't stamping your business yes or no
Most of what happens in a business is a circumstance to understand. A slow month has causes: the offer, the price, the timing, how many real invitations you made, what your body did when it was time to sell.
Faithful women often use "God will provide" to skip planning, and "it wasn't God's will" to skip going deeper. That ends here. We look honestly, own our part, and act.
Your wisdom can't be outsourced
The answers you need are already in you
Learn basic skills from experts. That's good stewardship. But your offer, your price, the flow of your container, your marketing, and your standards have to come from within you. As much as we want to hand those off, we can't.
So we build the belief that you can do it, the agency to act on it, and the discernment to hear the Holy Spirit, including through the sensations and emotions that rise up as you work.
“You can outsource execution, skill, and labor. Your judgment, your voice, your standards, and your vocation stay yours.”
The missing piece
We solve the problem at the level it lives
Most coaches hand you a strategy. You've probably collected plenty of good ones already, from experts, counselors, friends, and the people who love you. So why aren't you using them?
A client asked me this week for the right strategy. She'd already been handed good ones by counselors, professionals, friends, and a very helpful husband. She wasn't using any of them.
So instead of giving her one more, we went down the tree. Is it identity stopping her? Emotion she hasn't released yet? A body that doesn't feel safe enough to act? And underneath all of it, why doesn't she trust her own God-given discernment to choose the strategy that fits?
That's the difference. You won't get this from another business coach or another life coach.
Achievement & virtue
Sometimes it's simple: a clearer offer, a firmer price, the next right step.
Decisions made, offers out the door.
Mindset
The belief quietly making the decision for you.
Choices that stop circling.
Identity
The survival role running your business: the over-functioner, the avoider, the rescuer, the good girl.
A business built as the woman God made.
Emotional regulation
Emotion stuck in the body freezes you or pushes you against a ceiling. Learn to feel it, move it, and hear it.
Action, even when it feels hard.
Safety
Nourishment, rest, grounding, and sunshine. Cared for, the base holds up everything above it.
Capacity that holds through the ups and downs.
Each level builds on the one beneath it. That's the scaffolding: real support at every layer, with results you can see at every layer, all rooted in Scripture, St. Thomas Aquinas, the Catechism, and the saints.
“Where else does this pattern appear?”
The question you'll carry all year
Your patterns travel
One woman, one life
You are one woman, body and soul (CCC 364). The way you meet a slow month is the way you meet a hard week in your marriage. The over-functioning or the avoiding in your business shows up in your family, your health, your eating, and your exercise. St. Thomas teaches that the virtues come in together (ST I-II q. 65).
So you'll start recognizing your own patterns everywhere, and taking ownership of them in one room changes the others.
What changes
- Fewer hours at the screen, and more life-giving rhythms: outdoors, real food, rest, and grounding.
- Decisions from wisdom. Your offer, price, and marketing come from discernment, and you stop copying the experts.
- Ownership of your business, your behaviors, and your patterns.
- Capacity. You'll still feel the ups and downs. You'll have room to hold them, and it all feels far less rocky.
- Fruit that lasts. Less stress now, and more fruitfulness over the long run.
Both sides of the spectrum
He's got you, so you don't have to brace, push, or hide
You see your own strength
You stop hiding in busyness and beating yourself up for it. The hard email gets opened, the work gets done, and you start moving from the strength God already gave you.
You see what's been driving you
All that intensity has been covering a quiet fear: would I still be lovable if I slowed down? You name it, set it down, and finally watch your hard work bear fruit.
Both get to feel what it's like to be led by the Holy Spirit, to sense His wisdom in your work, and to make your moves from that place of “He's got me.”
