The Condition of the Whole Person
Body, soul, and spirit are not separate things. They are a unity, ordered toward eternal glory. This is not about fixing yourself today. It is about seeing honestly where you are so that grace has more room to work.
"Man, though made of body and soul, is a unity. For this reason man may not despise his bodily life. Rather he is obliged to regard his body as good and to hold it in honour since God has created it."
Catechism of the Catholic Church, 364

Here is what you named. Sit with it before you move to the questions below. The seeing itself is the beginning of the work.

Questions to sit with
01
Which of the weights you named has the enemy been using to tell you something is wrong with you, when the truth is that something is wrong with your conditions?
02
Looking at your soil, which input is most absent right now? What would it look like to receive just one of those things this week without it requiring a complete overhaul?
03
The draining behaviors are not your failures. They are your whole person telling you the truth about what it is hungry for. What is the truth yours are telling you right now?
04
What would it look like to choose your one input this week not because it helps you feel better, but because you are stewarding the person God needs you to be for the people He has placed in your life?
05
If you looked at this same examination six months from now and Layer 1 was exactly the same but Layer 2 was full, what would be different about you?
A word before you go
What you named in this examination is not a problem list. It is a map of where grace has more room to work. The weight is real. God is not asking you to pretend it is not there or to carry it without acknowledgment. He is asking you to bring it to Him honestly so that together you can address the conditions that keep producing the behaviors you want to change. St. Hildegard of Bingen spent her life teaching that the body and soul are inseparable, and that viriditas, the greening life force of God, flows through creation into the person who is positioned to receive it. You cannot manufacture that flow. But you can remove the obstacles.
The one input you named in Layer 4 is not a productivity goal. It is a small act of cooperation with the Spirit who is already at work in you, even in the hard soil of this season. Aquinas calls this prudence: right reason applied to action. Not the dramatic overhaul. Not the Monday reset promise. The one honest, proportionate thing that tends the soil so the Spirit has more room to grow what He has already been growing. Bring what you found here to prayer this week. Let God be the Refiner. You just have to show up to the fire.

The Virtue Study
You already have access. When the draining behaviors keep returning even after you name the weight, it's usually because the underlying drift still hasn't been named. Go back to the chapter covering the area where you feel most disoriented. That's where the enemy is loudest. That's where the clarity is too.
The stressors from Layer 1 don't have to stay in a journal. Every Thursday, women bring what's actually happening to God and each other. Safe community. Wise counsel. Real prayer. That's not a small thing when you're depleted. That's the whole soil section showing up for you in real life.
Once a month, all of RTF gathers to bring real life into the room. The gaps. The fruit. The weight. This examination is preparation for that hour. When you arrive knowing what you actually found in here, something different happens. Come as you are. Bring what you found.
